Use the store finder to locate your nearest Jack Wolfskin store and select ‘Request an appointment’. (Shopping sessions are available Monday to Friday.)
2. Type in your requirements
Enter your preferred date as well as full details of the activity which you have in mind so that our experts can prepare adequately in advance.
3. Confirmation of your shopping session
After you have selected your preferred date and time, your personal point of contact will get in touch either by telephone or via email within 48 hours, in order to confirm your session or to offer an alternative time slot.
4. Get professional advice!
